About the Role
We are seeking a high-calibre PMO Lead to support a large-scale, high-profile strategic communications programme within a complex, fast-paced environment. This role sits within a global communications consultancy and will be embedded within a major client organization.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operational delivery of integrated workstreams spanning crisis & issues, media relations, and strategic advisory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead programme management and coordination across multiple communications workstreams
- Oversee timelines, deliverables, and reporting, ensuring consistent and high-quality execution
- Act as the central point for cross-workstream alignment, driving integration and collaboration
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
- Establish and maintain PMO processes, governance, and reporting frameworks
- Support senior stakeholders with clear updates, planning, and performance tracking
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in PMO, programme management, or operations, ideally within communications, consulting, or agency environments
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with senior leadership teams
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Experience in the Middle East is a strong advantage
