The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting project planning, personnel mobilization, and contract management to ensure smooth and efficient project execution. This role collaborates with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients to maintain high-quality standards, implement process improvements, and contribute to the company's continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Liaise with customers and internal teams to plan and efficiently mobilize project personnel.
- Monitor and analyse contracts, workforce planning, and recruitment strategies to ensure effectiveness.
- Support project execution by coordinating with departments and presenting updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Maintain compliance with company processes, quality standards, and contract requirements.
- Prepare reports, track project documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in project administration, contract management, or workforce coordination.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks effectively and maintain clear communication with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong reporting and documentation experience.
