Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Architect to lead the architectural design and delivery of complex projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design development from concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
- Manage and coordinate architectural teams, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure design intent, quality, and compliance are maintained during design and construction phases.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and material submittals.
- Coordinate closely with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure integrated solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local authorities regulations, building codes, and project standards.
- Participate in client meetings, design presentations, and authority submissions.
- Monitor project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely design delivery.
- Support construction teams by resolving site-related design issues and providing technical guidance.
- Conduct design reviews and quality control checks across all architectural deliverables.
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to team development and best practices.
- Assist in value engineering exercises while maintaining design quality and functionality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (mandatory).
- Minimum 15 years of experience as an Architect, with strong exposure to project leadership roles.
- Proven experience on large-scale residential, commercial, mixed-use, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of design standards, authority requirements, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in architectural software and BIM platforms.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
