Project Control Manager - Immediate Start

Recruiting a Project Control Manager to join a leading international contractor on the delivery of a prestigious, landmark construction project in Riyadh.

As Project Control Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all project controls functions, ensuring robust cost, schedule, risk, and reporting processes are implemented and maintained across the project lifecycle.

Lead and manage project controls activities including planning, cost control, progress measurement, and forecasting

Develop, maintain, and monitor the project master programme and associated schedules

Provide accurate cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and earned value analysis

Manage risk and change control processes, including claims and variations support

Interface with senior project leadership, client representatives, and consultants

Ensure project controls systems and procedures align with international best practice

Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar

Proven experience as a Project Control Manager on large-scale, complex building projects in the Middle East

Should have worked with international contractors or major developers

Advanced knowledge of planning and cost control tools (Primavera P6, Power BI, Excel, etc.)

Preference will be given to those candidates based in Saudi Arabia and able to start within 1 Month

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
