Position Objectives
- Lead project controls functions for data centre or mission-critical projects
- Ensure accurate progress measurement, integrated reporting, and KPI tracking
- Support informed decision-making through trend analysis, change management, and risk visibility
Job Description and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, cost tracking, and progress reporting
- Monitor project performance against baselines, identify trends, and highlight risks or deviations
- Prepare KPI dashboards and management reports using Power BI and other reporting tools
- Manage change control processes, including impact assessment, approvals, and documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure data accuracy
- Support forecasting, resource planning, and trend analysis to optimise project delivery
- Ensure compliance with project controls standards, tools, and reporting procedures
Qualification and Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Minimum 815 years of project controls experience in large-scale or mission-critical projects
- Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, KPI tracking, and change management processes
- Proficiency with project controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and reporting/BI tools, including Power BI
- Experience in integrated reporting, dashboard creation, and performance trend analysis
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications such as PMP, PSP, or AACEi are preferred
