Job Description

Position Objectives

  • Lead project controls functions for data centre or mission-critical projects
  • Ensure accurate progress measurement, integrated reporting, and KPI tracking
  • Support informed decision-making through trend analysis, change management, and risk visibility

Job Description and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, cost tracking, and progress reporting
  • Monitor project performance against baselines, identify trends, and highlight risks or deviations
  • Prepare KPI dashboards and management reports using Power BI and other reporting tools
  • Manage change control processes, including impact assessment, approvals, and documentation
  • Coordinate with project managers, design, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure data accuracy
  • Support forecasting, resource planning, and trend analysis to optimise project delivery
  • Ensure compliance with project controls standards, tools, and reporting procedures

Qualification and Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
  • Minimum 815 years of project controls experience in large-scale or mission-critical projects
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling, cost control, KPI tracking, and change management processes
  • Proficiency with project controls software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and reporting/BI tools, including Power BI
  • Experience in integrated reporting, dashboard creation, and performance trend analysis
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Certifications such as PMP, PSP, or AACEi are preferred
