JASARA PMC is excited to announce an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the position of Project Controls Director - Oil & Gas. As a leading joint venture incorporating the expertise of the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we focus on enhancing the development of Social Infrastructure projects within Saudi Arabia, in line with Vision 2030. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for steering project control functions specifically in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring the timely and cost-effective execution of major projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement project controls frameworks aligned with industry standards for Oil & Gas projects
- Oversee the development and management of project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics
- Lead risk assessment and management processes to identify, evaluate, and mitigate project risks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to foster transparent communication and collaboration across projects
- Prepare comprehensive project reports, forecasts, and analyses for informed decision-making at all levels
- Mentor and guide project controls teams to ensure high standards of work and delivery
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project performance and efficiency
Requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 15+ years of experience in project controls, with a strong focus on Oil & Gas projects
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects efficiently
