Job Overview:
As a Sales Assistant at Dingli KSA, you will support the sales team in daily operations and customer relationship management. This position demands excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to ensure efficient sales processes and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining sales records
- Prepare accurate quotations for customers and follow up on payments to ensure timely collections
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status
- Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics, production, and finance to ensure timely delivery and accurate invoicing
- Prepare sales reports and monitor sales activities to support sales performance analysis
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry trends to assist customers effectively
- Support day-to-day administrative duties, including document handling, correspondence, and office supply management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Assistant or similar role, preferably within the machinery or manufacturing industry
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM/ ERP software
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills
