The Project Coordination / Technical Sales Engineer / Design Lead (HVAC) is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The candidate will manage project coordination, oversee HVAC design, and support technical sales efforts. Responsibilities include developing and reviewing designs, providing technical support, communicating with clients, managing sales engineering activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project specifications and deliverables. The role also involves building customer relationships, addressing technical inquiries, and ensuring alignment with project requirements.

• Proficiency in Technical Sales and Technical Support to guide clients and address their specific HVAC needs.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey technical information to clients and internal teams.
• Experience in Sales Engineering and the ability to collaboratively work on project specifications and designs.
• Proven skills in HVAC system design, project coordination, and problem-solving.
• A detail-oriented approach with strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; prior experience in HVAC design, sales, or project management is a plus.
