Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the project management team in coordinating interior fit-out projects. The role involves assisting with project planning, documentation, coordination between design and site teams, and ensuring projects progress according to schedule.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit, and a valid UAE driving license to coordinate between office and project sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.
- Coordinate between design teams, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Review and coordinate project drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Maintain and update project documentation, drawings, reports, and records.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones.
- Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and project updates.
- Ensure all drawings, approvals, and project documents are properly maintained and shared with relevant teams.
- Monitor project progress and highlight delays or issues to the project manager.
- Assist in procurement coordination and material tracking when required.
- Support communication between internal teams, clients, and site teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in project coordination within interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory).
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Good understanding of construction drawings and project documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
