Job Description

  • Assist in preparing project proposals, technical submittals, MIR, WIR, T&C documents, and other required paperwork.
  • Coordinate daily tasks of the installation team and support smooth on-site operations.
  • Follow up with technicians, engineers, to resolve site issues promptly.
  • Prepare and update daily site reports, including progress updates, manpower logs, site photos, and pending tasks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Support client communication, respond to emails, and follow up on quotations and outstanding payments.
  • Assist with vendor registrations, prequalification documents, and compliance renewals (ESMA & GMARK).
  • Create sales orders for mockups and coordinate sample deliveries.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the project team.
