Support the PMO Lead in running the college launch programme, handling daytoday coordination, tracking and documentation across all workstreams.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the PMO Lead in maintaining the master project plan, action logs and RAID registers.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops and site visits: scheduling, agendas, minutes and followup tracking.
- Prepare status updates and dashboards based on input from workstream leads (HR, Finance, IT, Dean's office, AQC, Registrar).
- Help maintain project documentation in an organised and auditable way (policies, SOWs, contracts, submissions, decisions).
- Follow up with stakeholders on deadlines and deliverables, escalating slippages to the PMO Lead.
- Support vendor coordination (e.g., IT, fitout, SIS/LMS) with basic logistics and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the launch team as needed, especially during peak milestones.
Profile
- 37 years in project coordination / PMO support roles, ideally with some exposure to education or corporate projects.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and comfort with project tools (Excel, MS Project/Planner, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Able to work under pressure with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities.
