Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator / Project Assistant to support the delivery of telecom and cybersecurity projects. This role requires a balanced blend of technical understanding and business awareness, along with strong communication and coordination skills.
The position will work closely with the Project Head / Program Manager, ensuring smooth execution of project activities, timely reporting, and effective stakeholder coordination.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project Lifecycle Support
- Support preparation of project charters, kickoff documents, and business case materials
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and related documentation
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines
- Assist in developing communication, stakeholder, quality, and risk management plans
- Support preparation of RACI matrices and planning documents
- Track change requests and ensure proper approvals
- Coordinate requirement documentation and maintain version control
- Support resource alignment across teams
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and risk logs
- Ensure timely stakeholder communication
- Generate work performance and governance reports
- Track scope, schedule, and resource utilization
- Monitor risks and follow up on mitigation actions
- Track and close action items
- Support project and milestone closure activities
- Prepare closure documentation, acceptance reports, and sign-offs
- Coordinate handover to managed services teams
Coordination and Stakeholder Management
- Act as a central coordination point across internal teams, vendors, and partners
- Follow up on deliverables, documentation, and pending actions
- Represent the Project Manager in coordination activities when required
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare high-quality presentations, dashboards, and reports
- Maintain accurate and structured project documentation
- Ensure timely and consistent reporting to stakeholders and leadership
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Telecom, IT, or related field)
- ITIL or similar process certifications
- MBA preferred
EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project support roles
- Exposure to Telecom, IT, Networking, or Cybersecurity projects preferred
- Experience supporting multi-vendor or large-scale projects

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word intermediate to advanced)
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
