General Objective:
To manage, execute, and deliver projects successfully in accordance with the highest standards of quality and professionalism. The Project Manager is responsible for adhering to approved methodologies while maintaining a sharp focus on client needs to ensure all project strategic goals are met.
Years of Experience:
8 to 11 years of proven experience in managing and executing projects similar in nature to the company's scope and target clientele.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Project Lifecycle Management: Plan, execute, and monitor all project phases, including budget allocation, scheduling, and resource management.
Quality Assurance & Delivery: Ensure all project deliverables meet the defined specifications, requirements, and quality standards.
Change Management: Analyze change requests and take necessary actions to mitigate risks or adjust project scopes.
Performance Monitoring: Track project progress using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), schedule variance, and completion rates. Provide periodic reports on project status and financial performance.
Logistical Support: Provide and manage all support services necessary for efficient project execution, including procurement, recruitment, and monitoring man-hours.
Problem Solving & Escalation: Address technical and administrative obstacles promptly; escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain continuous communication with clients and partners to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
RFP & Proposal Contribution: Assist in developing technical and financial proposals for external projects and tenders (RFPs).
Presentation & Reporting: Prepare high-level presentations and progress reports for executive management and stakeholders.
Project Documentation: Manage all project-related documentation, archive records, and document Lessons Learned as company organizational assets.
Professional Certifications & Skills:
PMP Certified (Project Management Professional).
Financial & Schedule Proficiency: Deep understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM), specifically CPI (Cost Performance Index) and SPI (Schedule Performance Index).
Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Project (MS Project) and other PM tools.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Educational Technology, or a related field.
