Required to join an international contractor on $160 M building project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with budget, schedule, quality, and client objectives. This is a prestigious project with high-end finishes and complex structures.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and direction for all project phases.

Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Manage the budget and ensure cost efficiency.

Identify and mitigate risks; enforce safety and quality standards.

Act as primary client liaison and deliver clear progress reports.

Mentor full project team and foster a high-performance culture.

Applicants should meet the following criteria

A degree in Civil Engineering or similar

Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

15+ years experience in large-scale building projects; 5+ years in leadership roles.

Proven track record managing projects over $100M in value

Excellent contractual knowledge

Experience in the Middle East ideally Saudi Arabia preferred
