Job Description

The Projects Director is responsible for Align project design to Mission & Vision and lead Engineering & Design activities across all properties with the intention to drive consumer engagement, ensure timely and expedited delivery of projects and reduce operational costs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Define and track project benefits and value realization aligned with business strategy.
  • Provide strategic reporting and insights to senior management and executives.
  • Develop and maintain benefit realization plans and KPIs.
  • Advise leadership on whether project outcomes will achieve intended business benefits.
  • Lead business readiness and transformation initiatives across departments.
  • Program & Project Management:
  • Manage end-to-end execution of multiple real estate projects (planning → delivery).
  • Establish and implement project management tools, standards, and frameworks.
  • Oversee budgeting, cost control, and financial tracking.
  • Manage risks, issues, and cross-project dependencies.
  • Ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget (core PM responsibility ).
  • Drive process digitization and efficiency improvements.
  • Governance:
  • Lead and schedule project governance meetings.
  • Ensure alignment between different departments (Corporate, Operations, Vendors).
  • Monitor and escalate risks and critical issues.
  • Support development of performance dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Change Management & Communication:
  • Drive organizational change initiatives across projects.
  • Develop stakeholder mapping and engagement strategies.
  • Lead execution of communication plans across all levels.
  • People Management:
  • Build and lead a high-performance project team.
  • Mentor and develop team members for future leadership roles.
  • Set objectives, conduct performance evaluations, and provide feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in:Civil Engineering ,Architectural Engineering .
  • 8-15 years of relevant experience with minimum 3 years in a similar role.
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized.
  • Strong leadership skills.
