Project Director

Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for large-scale civil construction projects from initiation to handover.

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within approved budget, and to required quality standards.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple project teams.

Establish and monitor project governance, controls, and reporting systems.

Lead contract management, including claims, variations, and dispute resolution.

Manage relationships with clients, consultants, authorities, and key stakeholders.

Ensure full compliance with HSE regulations, company policies, and local legal requirements.

Approve major technical, commercial, and procurement decisions.

Monitor project financial performance, cash flow, and risk exposure.

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.

Ensure effective coordination between engineering, procurement, and construction teams.

Lead, mentor, and develop senior project management and engineering staff.

Ensure quality assurance and control systems are implemented and maintained.

Support business development through tender reviews, strategy input, and client presentations.
