Role Overview
The Project Director is responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and execution of platform delivery and key strategic initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives, while acting as the primary link between internal stakeholders and external technology vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of platform and strategic projects
- Manage timelines, milestones, and delivery roadmaps
- Coordinate with external technology vendors and service providers
- Translate business requirements into clear project plans and deliverables
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Report project status, risks, and progress to the CEO
- Ensure quality, security, and compliance standards are met
- Support go-live planning and post-launch execution
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience managing complex technology or fintech projects
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and vendor management
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Track record of delivering projects in fast-paced environments
