About the Job

Responsible for leading the overall execution of TFL, Data Centre project, ensuring timely delivery with adherence to safety, quality, budget, and compliance standards. Accountable for interfacing with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead site execution of TFL Data Centre project, ensuring schedule, cost, quality, and safety targets are met.
  • Prepare and monitor project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and EHS norms across all site activities.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, planning, and quality control teams for smooth project execution.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors, and vendors for timely deliverables and quality standards.
  • Resolve on-site issues by interfacing with engineering, client, and consultant teams.
  • Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and compliance for audits and internal controls.
  • Monitor material consumption and cost to ensure alignment with budgeted BOQs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and ensuring milestone achievements.
  • Drive digitisation initiatives, continuous improvement, and team capability building at the site.

Qualifications

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil / Mechanical Engineering

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in English and regional language preferred

Preferred Skills

  • 20 to 25 years in infrastructure project execution with minimum 3 years as project/site in-charge in Data Centre Project
  • End-to-end execution of large-scale TFL or Data Centre projects involving civil, High End Equipment Installation, ELV Systems, and systems integration; leadership of multidisciplinary site teams and vendor management

Technical Skills

Project planning and scheduling tools (Primavera/MSP), Understanding of railway standards and specifications, Resource management and construction methodology Budgeting, Construction Methods Understanding, Cost Optimization, Digital / AI Adoption, Interpretation of Contracts, Interpretation of Technical Drawings, Project Performance Management, Project Planning & Scheduling, Rate Analysis, Resource Planning, Risk Management, Sub-Contractor Management, Technical Inspection, Risk management and cost control, Quality and safety management systems,
