Role Summary
Overall responsible for execution, cost, schedule, quality, and HSE performance of the Wind Project. Acts as the single point of accountability for project delivery and client interface.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead overall project planning, execution, monitoring, and completion in line with contract terms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Construction, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, Commissioning).
- Ensure project delivery within approved budget and schedule.
- Manage client, consultant, and stakeholder interfaces effectively.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental, and safety standards.
- Develop risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Review and approve project progress reports and financial updates.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and team development.
Experience
Minimum 10 years in Project Management of energy projects (wind/solar/thermal/hydro), with at least 5 years in construction of wind plants of similar capacity.
Education
Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/civil engineering; PMP/IPMA or equivalent certification preferred.
