Job Purpose
The Project Engineer is responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing projects from initiation to closure. This includes scope definition, budgeting, technical design, stakeholder alignment, procurement coordination, and final handover. The candidate must demonstrate strong technical and organizational skills with proficiency in AutoCAD for building and structural modeling.
Description
- Prepare and review Scope of Work (SOW) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents in line with project requirements.
- Coordinate with all departments and stakeholders for project approvals, budgeting, execution, and timely completion.
- Develop and review AutoCAD drawings and 3D structural models for buildings, supports, and utility systems.
- Ensure all design, materials, and execution activities meet project standards, codes, and specifications.
- Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule.
- Submit weekly project progress reports highlighting timelines, cost, risks, and resource status.
- Coordinate with procurement for PR (Purchase Requisition), PO (Purchase Order), and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) creation and tracking in SAP with proper documentation.
- Maintain complete project records drawings, reports, inspection logs, approvals, and cost summaries.
- Supervise contractors on-site to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project requirements.
- Ensure all completed projects are properly handed over from contractors with all supporting documentation and as-built drawings.
- Support commissioning, testing, and final acceptance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in project management, cost efficiency, and execution practices.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering

Minimum 35 years
