Job Description
To lead & obtain all necessary information from the site during project bidding stage in order to understand the project complexity and technical requirements.
Responsibilities & Duties
Manage the overall project requirements and execution
Ensure fulfillment of client s project requirements
Identify the resources needed for the project
Develop detailed project plan and work progress
Visit Project Site during Bidding and after for smooth execution of planned activities
Manage the resources on site proficiently
Co-ordinate and lead project progress and attend review meetings
Lead projects close out activities
Manage the relationship with the client and project end-users
Focal point of communication with clients
Ensure that the management and site team are intact and aligned on operational needs
Strict monitoring of commitments with customers on project progress and efficient management of on-site manpower to early completion of project activities
Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments that he/she might be asked to do by his/her direct supervisor/manager for special assistance that is often not mentioned in this job description as they arise under specific circumstances
Desired Experience:
5-10 years of experience
Project experience preferred
