We are currently looking to hire an Project Assistant

Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia (onsite)

• Technical: Ability to interpret engineering drawings and support project management tasks.
• Administrative: General administrative assistance such as orchestrate end-to-end schedule (travel, meetings, conferences), gate communications, represent CEO in select meetings, and deliver crisp meeting minutes.
• Document & Workflow Excellence: Draft CEO correspondence, manage sensitive documents (faxes, mail, checks), and support presentation/prep for hiring, approvals, and admin tasks.

Educational Requirement: A bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.
