Project Engineer: High-Rise Building Projects
A leading construction company in the UAE is seeking a qualified and experienced Project Engineer to join our team for a prestigious high-rise building project.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in high-rise building construction / Group of Villas Project
- Experience with main contractors in the UAE or GCC
- Strong knowledge of structural, architectural, and MEP coordination
- Familiar with UAE construction regulations, quality standards, and authority approvals
- Experience in project documentation, BOQ basics, measurements, and site quantities
- Proficient in preparing daily and weekly progress reports
- Ability to manage site technical issues and ensure timely resolution
- UAE experience preferred; GCC experience will be an added advantage
Skills
- Strong knowledge of building construction execution (main contractor scope)
- Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate IFC and shop drawings
- Planning and monitoring daily and weekly site activities
- Effective coordination with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Manpower and material coordination
- Monitoring project schedules and progress tracking
- Ensuring quality control and HSE compliance at site
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
