We're looking for a skilled Project Engineer / Civil Engineer to coordinate engineering activities, oversee site execution, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to technical requirements.

Coordinate and monitor daily civil engineering and construction activities

Review technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documentation

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders

Monitor site progress, workmanship, materials, and construction schedules

Conduct site inspections and identify technical or quality issues

Resolve engineering challenges and provide practical technical solutions

Prepare progress reports, technical submissions, and project documentation

Support project planning, cost control, resource allocation, and scheduling

Ensure construction activities comply with approved designs and standards

Promote safe working practices and maintain project quality requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline

4–8+ years of relevant civil or project engineering experience

Strong knowledge of construction methods, engineering principles, and site operations

Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents

Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant engineering software

UAE or GCC construction experience is an advantage
