Project Engineer ( Fit-out )

Oversee and manage fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, regulatory/statutory requirements and quality standards

Ensure all project activities are executed according to the plan

Be the focal points for project execution, ensuring effective collaboration and communication among all (internal) team members

Act as the main point of contact for clients when it comes to technical matters, understanding their needs and expectations, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

Monitor project progress and quality, conducting regular site inspections and resolving any issues that arise to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards

Track expenses and ensure cost-effective project delivery

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, and other necessary records

Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management concepts

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or any related field.

At least 4 + years experience in working at a reputed Interior Fit-out firm in UAE.
