Role Description

As a Project Engineer, you will oversee site operations, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed according to specifications, timelines, and budgets. Your role will involve coordinating with teams, managing resources, and ensuring quality control on-site.

Duties:

1.     Supervise daily site activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.

2.     Manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.

3.     Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.

4.     Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.

5.     Address any site issues or challenges promptly and effectively.

6.     Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including site reports and records of work performed.

7.     Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure alignment on project objectives and requirements.

8.     Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel, ensuring quality control and adherence to best practices.

9.     Assist in the preparation of material submittals and shop drawings as required.

10. Conduct site meetings to communicate progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

1.     Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

2.     Proven experience as a Project Engineer in a contracting company, with a strong track record in managing mega projects.

3.     PMP certification is a plus (must have passed the exam and possess a valid PMP number).

4.     Strong knowledge of technical standards, building codes, and industry best practices.

5.     Excellent communication and leadership skills.

6.     Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently.
