Sales Engineer | Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring a Sales Engineer to strengthen our Commercial team. This role is best suited for a motivated professional with technical knowledge, sales capability, and experience in RMU or a related electrical industry.
Role Purpose
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating sales and achieving annual targets by combining technical expertise with strong sales skills to meet and exceed customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new clients who can benefit from the company's products and services
- Maximize business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Negotiate tenders, contracts, terms, and conditions with clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Conduct regular visits to customers across the sales territory
- Maintain accurate customer records and contact data
- Prepare quotations and technical proposals
- Respond to RFIs and RFPs with both technical and commercial input
- Manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to delivery
- Ensure on-time delivery in line with client specifications
- Provide timely follow-up and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- 2–3 years of experience in RMU or a related electrical industry
- Strong technical and commercial understanding
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused with the ability to meet expectations
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong team player with a supportive attitude
