We are seeking a highly skilled and detail oriented Project Engineer/ Site Engineer (Minimum 5 years in site engineer role) to join our clients team for ongoing and upcoming construction projects.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- 5–7 years of experience as a Site Engineer/Project Engineer in building construction projects (Villa experience is a must).
- Proven experience handling Variations, Claims, and EOT documentation.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and methods.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and site management tools (AutoCAD, MS Project preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction site activities to ensure work is carried out as per design, specifications, and project schedule.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project deliverables.
- Review drawings, technical specifications, and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Prepare and maintain site documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.
- Identify, document, and support the preparation of Variation Orders, Claims, and Extension of Time (EOT) submissions.
