Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the Oil and Gas / Petrochemical industry.
- Proven experience leading projects for Electrical streams (as a Project Engineer, not as an Electrical SME), including:
- Hands-on experience with MOC process and governance
- Reconfiguration of power distribution systems
- Design of new protection systems
- Upgrading of electrical equipment (e.g., switchgears, transformers, generators, UPS, etc.)
- Experience in brownfield projects
- Experience in engineering contractor performance management
- Experience in developing or contributing to procurement strategy
