Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver software development projects from initiation to deployment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional teams, handling clients, and ensuring high-quality project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, plan, and manage multiple software development projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, define project scope, and prepare project documentation.
- Create detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies; implement corrective actions when needed.
- Manage client communication, expectations, and regular project updates.
- Ensure adherence to software development best practices and company processes.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).
- Review deliverables, ensure quality standards, and oversee project deployment.
- Resolve conflicts, track team performance, and support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in a software house or IT environment.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Knowledge of basic technical concepts (frontend, backend, APIs, databases). .
