Role Summary
The Creative Project Executive will support design decisions, presentations, and concept development while managing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. The role ensures that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, while effectively liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to concept development from initial inspiration through to final creative direction.
- Create and refine visual presentations, mood boards, and storytelling decks using Canva, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
- Interpret and collaborate on layout plans, elevations, and design drawings to ensure creative alignment.
- Stay updated with hospitality and lifestyle design trends to continuously bring fresh ideas into projects.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple workstreams.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables, and proactively flag risks or delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and external vendors.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations as required.
- Assist in budget tracking, managing variations, and maintaining cost control.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and approval processes.
