About Your Team

Our IT team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, proactive technology support to senior leaders across the organization. Working closely with C‑level executives and key stakeholders, we ensure their technology environment is secure, reliable, and always ready to perform whether in the boardroom, office, or remote setting. Through discretion, technical excellence, and a service‑first mindset, our team enables uninterrupted workflows, seamless collaboration, and confidence in every critical interaction.

Your Role

As an IT Engineer, you will

• Delivers immediate and proactive assistance for all IT-related issues (devices, connectivity, applications), minimizing downtime for executives.
• Manages laptops, mobile devices, tablets, and collaboration tools to ensure they are always optimized, updated, and ready for use.
• Ensures seamless functioning of video conferencing, presentations, and boardroom technology, avoiding delays during critical meetings.
• Provides secure and reliable access to systems while executives are traveling or working remotely.
• Maintains strict handling of executive data with enhanced security controls and discretion, reducing risk of data breaches.
• Identifies and resolves potential issues before they impact executives, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.
• Understands individual executive preferences and workflows to provide tailored, efficient support.
• Supplements the Service Desk team by handling escalated tickets, contributing to the general queue during peak periods, and supporting colleagues across IT operations.
• Acts as a trusted, approachable point of contact for C-level users, demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and the ability to communicate technical matters in non-technical terms.
• Serves as the dedicated IT support for the Executive Boardroom, ensuring AV systems, video conferencing, and presentation technology are fully operational ahead of scheduled meetings.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties and/or responsibilities as required by management, to meet the needs of the business.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in troubleshooting IT software and hardware issues across end-user and infrastructure environments.
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communication Skills.
• Confident and professional demeanour when engaging with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Intune, and modern workplace technologies.
• Hands-on experience with boardroom AV systems, video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, Barco ClickShare), and presentation technology.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling executive information and environments.
• Ability to work independently, priorities competing demands, and exercise sound judgement under pressure.
• Experience supporting VIP or C-level users in a corporate environment.
• Managing and maintaining IOS and Android devices
• Familiarity with boardroom AV and video conferencing technology
• ITIL V4 Certified
