Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental practices in our facility management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HSE management, particularly in facility management contexts, and will ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular HSE audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and develop corrective action plans.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on HSE practices and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to ensure a safe work environment and promote a culture of safety.
- Monitor compliance with local regulations regarding health, safety, and environmental practices.
- Prepare and present HSE reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HSE management, specifically in facility management.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in Saudi Arabia.
- Professional certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Saudi nationals or residents are preferred.
- Experience in the GCC region is a plus.
