Candidate should be fully up to speed with Automation, GenAI or AI related projects covering all the phase of Discovery, identifying problems or process challenges, Initiation, business, functional, non-functional, technical requirements, Testing of the solution on behalf of the business, preparing business case, seek funding, support development team, deploy solutions and post go live support to ensure smooth full end to end delivery. Fully accountable and responsible for the delivery and stakeholder management. Excellent communication and presentation skills to be able to deliver to te senior leadership team and manage difficult stakeholders.
