This role is suited to individuals who can translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations while supporting the delivery of large-scale programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development of project and program plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation
- Apply financial and analytical rigour to track performance, assess variances, and support decision-making
- Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives
- Manage competing priorities across projects while maintaining delivery quality and timelines
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support program objectives
- Analyse performance data to generate insightful, data-driven recommendations
- Track budgets, costs, and benefits realisation, ensuring transparency and control
- Communicate program status, financial insights, risks, and issues to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Translate complex analysis into clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and project reviews with confidence and structure
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams
Key Requirements:
- Experience within a Big 4 or top-tier management consulting environment
- Strong capability in financial analysis, modelling, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Excellent PowerPoint and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex information to executive audiences
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach
