Job Description

Purpose

Monitor the Implementations of governance practices at the project level by tracking progress, managing reports, and maintain documentation. Supports accurate and timely reporting to enable informed oversight and control.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • project governance standards at the project level in accordance with EPMO guidelines.
  • Provide regular statues reports, ensuring completeness and alignment with reporting templates.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and actions in governance registers.
  • Follow up on overdue items and ensures timely updates to logs and dashboards.
  • Collect project data and inputs for portfolio-level reporting.
  • Support audits by maintain accurate governance documentation.
  • Ensure usage of approved templates and processes for all project reporting.
  • Escalate non-compliance or data inconsistences to the project lead or governance coordinator.
  • Coordinate logistics for governance meetings and reporting deadlines.
  • Maintain historical records of governance reviews, approvals, and corrective actions.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
