PMO Support Specialist Professional Summary

I am seeking an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic Project Management Office (PMO) by developing advanced initiativetracking dashboards on Odoo, enhancing performance indicators, building effective implementation plans, and supporting organizational change readiness through training and awareness. My goal is to help strengthen strategic alignment, improve execution quality, and elevate overall organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop initiative tracking Dashboards across executive, managerial, and individual levels using Odoo.
  • Review and validate KPIs to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Prepare clear implementation plans with timelines and defined responsibilities.
  • Design and develop templates and forms that support PMO operations.
  • Create and update Service Level Agreements (SLAs) between stakeholders.
  • Follow up with Action Owners to ensure progress and adherence to deadlines.
  • Execute changemanagement readiness activities, including training, awareness sessions, and workshops.
  • Prepare periodic reports for leadership on initiative progress and execution performance.

Core Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Odoo dashboards and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of PMO functions and project management methodologies.
  • Ability to analyze and challenge performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Skilled in developing implementation plans and operational templates.
