We are seeking a Project Manager (6-months contract) to lead the '75th Retail/Brand Management Evolution Project,' a critical initiative for AS&S in 2025-2026. The role involves overseeing the restructuring, re-tasking, and re-scoping of Brand Management, AS&S Functional & Retail leadership. This individual will ensure the projects successful execution within the defined timelines, achieving key organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning:

  • Develop a detailed implementation plan with defined timelines, objectives, and resource allocation strategies.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage with all stakeholders, including executives, team members, and other departments, ensuring alignment and effective communication.

Change Management:

  • Facilitate the transition process by supporting employees as they adapt to new roles, responsibilities, and workflows.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track project progress against established goals, identifying challenges, and implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Communication:

  • Maintain transparent communication channels, providing regular updates and ensuring alignment across all project participants.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Prepare periodic progress reports for senior management and ensure adherence to organizational standards and protocols.

In order to be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in project management within complex and dynamic environments.
  • Expertise in organizational restructuring and change management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement detailed project plans and monitor performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
