Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for managing all phases of the project, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning to handover.
• Lead contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor project schedule, budget, quality, and HSE performance.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, MEP, and façade works.
• Manage project risks, variations, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC) and local authority requirements.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and government authorities to secure approvals and successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of construction experience, including 5 years managing high-rise or mixed-use developments in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC), FIDIC contracts, and local authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
