Job Brief:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Interior Fit-Out to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects within the leisure sector. The role requires strong leadership, the ability to work under pressure, and in-depth knowledge of regional tendering, contracts, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing fit-out projects for hospitality, F&B, leisure, entertainment, spa, or fitness environments, ensuring timely and quality delivery in line with client expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end interior fit-out projects across leisure-related sectors, including hospitality, F&B, entertainment, spa, and fitness facilities.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Review and manage project schedules, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
  • Handle project pressure effectively while maintaining control over site activities and stakeholder communication.
  • Review, understand, and manage the tenders, contracts, variations, and commercial documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with the region's regulations, project specifications, and contractual requirements.
  • Lead site meetings, track progress, and resolve technical or operational issues as they arise.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree inCivil Engineering(mandatory).
  • Proven experience managing interior fit-out projects within hospitality, F&B, leisure, entertainment, spa, or fitness sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the tendering processes, contracts, and construction practices.
  • Strong personality with the ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments and tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
