Project Manager

1. Project Planning, Scoping & Budgeting

. Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, budgets, resources, layouts, equipment requirements, and brand-specific design standards.

. Conduct site assessments, review architectural and MEP drawings, and prepare accurate cost estimates for management approval.

. Coordinate with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure project requirements reflect operational needs.

2. Execution, Coordination & Vendor Management

. Manage contractors, suppliers, consultants, and external partners to ensure projects progress according to approved scope and timelines.
. Oversee store fit-outs, equipment installation, utilities setup, and handover activities while maintaining consistent quality standards.
. Resolve project issues, delays, or technical concerns promptly by collaborating with relevant stakeholders. 3. Quality Control, Compliance & Safety
. Ensure all construction, installation, and finishing works comply with brand guidelines, municipality regulations, food safety requirements, and HSE standards.
. Conduct routine site visits to monitor progress, inspect workmanship, and ensure adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
. Maintain proper documentation, permits, approvals, and compliance records required for inspections and store readiness.

4. Reporting, Handover & Continuous Improvement
. Provide regular progress updates, dashboards, and budget reviews to management, highlighting risks, dependencies
. Identify opportunities to improve project efficiency, vendor performance, material selection, and execution processes for future rollouts.

Qualifications & Skills

. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field.
. 5-8 years of project management experience, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or retail environments.
. Strong understanding of fit-out works, MEP coordination, equipment installation, and food service layouts.
. Experience in managing budgets, timelines, contractors, and multiple simultaneous projects. . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
. Proficiency in project management tools, MS Office, and reading technical drawing
