Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-profile construction and development projects from design through completion for a leading regional developer. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full development and construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Support design development, ensuring quality, constructability, and project requirements are met.
• Monitor project programmes, budgets, risks, and change management processes.
• Oversee procurement activities and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and project governance standards.
• Prepare project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Manage site activities, quality inspections, handover, and the defects liability period.
• Drive timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years experience in a similar role delivering construction or real estate development projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles across design and construction phases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, RIBA, PMP, or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Previous experience with a reputed developer in UAE is desirable
