Role Description

Project Manager. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of construction and project lifecycles. Daily tasks encompass overseeing project schedules, budgets, and quality, managing logistics and resources, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and conducting inspections. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and delivery methodologies
• Experience in Expediting and Logistics Management, ensuring timely procurement and material delivery
• Competence in conducting detailed inspections and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Proficiency in stakeholder communication and coordination across multiple teams
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience with large-scale construction and development projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
• Familiarity with modern construction management tools and technologies
