Job Description

Brunch & Cake is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee multi-branch operations, pre-openings, and technical projects across our locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-opening projects from site handover to launch readiness
  • Manage fit-outs, contractor coordination, MEP works, kitchen setup, and authority approvals
  • Oversee maintenance programs across existing branches (preventive & corrective)
  • Own projects end-to-end: planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery
  • Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all locations
  • Manage vendors, suppliers, and CapEx budgets

Requirements

  • 5+ years of project management experience in hospitality, F&B, or multi-branch retail
  • Proven pre-opening experience in hospitality & F&B
  • Strong understanding of fit-out, technical drawings, BOQs, and facilities management
  • Experience managing maintenance across multiple branches
  • Strong budgeting, cost-control, and contractor management skills
  • High ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
