Brunch & Cake is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to oversee multi-branch operations, pre-openings, and technical projects across our locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead pre-opening projects from site handover to launch readiness
- Manage fit-outs, contractor coordination, MEP works, kitchen setup, and authority approvals
- Oversee maintenance programs across existing branches (preventive & corrective)
- Own projects end-to-end: planning, budgeting, execution, and delivery
- Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence across all locations
- Manage vendors, suppliers, and CapEx budgets
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience in hospitality, F&B, or multi-branch retail
- Proven pre-opening experience in hospitality & F&B
- Strong understanding of fit-out, technical drawings, BOQs, and facilities management
- Experience managing maintenance across multiple branches
- Strong budgeting, cost-control, and contractor management skills
- High ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
