Project Manager (Business Continuity Management & Risk)

About the Company

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with specialized experience in Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Risk Management to join our team in Riyadh. This role is critical in providing BCM consultation services, including automation/digitalization for departmental activities under the guidelines of the national risk council.

The selected candidate will collaborate with a team expertly coordinated by TUVR, ensuring alignment with the project's strategic objectives and standards.

About the Role

Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring robust project governance. Track project progress while managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders and adjust project strategies as needed. Identify and manage project risks and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards. Collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders to resolve conflicts and drive project success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree minimum in Management, Engineering, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.

• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with digital platforms for risk and business continuity management.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to assess and build strategies for risk and business continuity departments.
• Skilled in building business and administrative models to align departmental functions with broader organizational goals.
• Proficient in identifying roles, responsibilities, and building RACI matrices across various departmental levels.

Pay range and compensation package

This position offers a competitive salary starting at $9,900 USD per month and an opportunity to be part of a transformative project.
