I am hiring for multiple project managers for projects across ticketing systems, mobile apps, digital transformation and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management for initiatives in ticketing systems, mobile applications, digital transformation, customer engagement platforms, and related areas.
- Develop and execute project plans using agile methodologies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, vendors, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Conduct risk assessments, mitigate issues, and report progress through regular updates and dashboards.
- Oversee integration of emerging technologies such as AI-driven personalization, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards, and best practices in tourism and entertainment sectors.
- Foster collaboration with internal departments and external partners to optimize project efficiency.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field; PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in digital projects within tourism, entertainment, hospitality, or tech industries.
- Strong expertise in agile and waterfall methodologies, stakeholder management, and tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana.
- Experience with ticketing platforms (e.g., integration with payment gateways), mobile app development (iOS/Android), and digital transformation strategies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent projects.
- Familiarity with UAE market dynamics and cultural sensitivities is an advantage.
