Project Manager

About the Role

Cavara Developments is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our residential development projects from concept through to handover. This role sits at the heart of our development operations, responsible for keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record of delivered real estate projects in the UAE, sharp commercial judgment, and the ability to manage consultants, contractors, and stakeholders with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential development projects across the full lifecycle, from design and planning through construction to handover.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring delivery in line with agreed targets.
• Coordinate and manage external consultants, contractors, and suppliers, holding them accountable to scope, cost, and schedule.
• Monitor construction progress on site, identifying and resolving issues before they impact delivery.
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and variations, working closely with the commercial and finance teams.
• Ensure all projects comply with UAE regulations, authority approvals, and RERA requirements.
• Liaise with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Relations) and external stakeholders to keep projects aligned.
• Prepare and present regular project progress reports to senior leadership.
• Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained throughout.

Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering residential real estate development projects in the UAE, on time and on budget.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Solid experience managing consultants and contractors across the full development cycle.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals, and RERA processes.
• Excellent budget management, cost control, and commercial awareness.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
