Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and execute large-scale landscape, infrastructure, and construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all project objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of landscape and construction projects, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual requirements.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, including resource allocation, subcontractor coordination, and site supervision.
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, forecasts, cash flows, and progress reports to ensure financial and operational alignment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and technical specifications.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues promptly to avoid delays or cost overruns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and project transparency.
- Review and approve technical drawings, material submittals, method statements, and work programs.
- Lead project teams, providing clear direction, performance feedback, and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
- Manage procurement schedules and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure all required documentation, including project handover files, as-built drawings, and closeout reports, is completed accurately and on time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale construction or landscape projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, construction processes, and site operations.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with local regulations, safety standards, and quality control procedures.
- PMP certification is an advantage.
